What to include
- Payment or access: the email you paid with, the plan, and the Razorpay payment ID (
pay_…) or a UPI screenshot. - Content error: the question ID shown at the top of the question (for example
ATP-0421) and what you think is wrong. - App problem: your phone model, Android version, the app version (Profile → About) and what you were doing when it happened.
