1. Who we are

Medha AI is an exam-preparation service operated by YSGN Digital Innovative AI Solutions Private Limited ("Medha AI", "we", "us"), a private limited company incorporated in India, with its office at B4-101, My Home Mangala, Kondapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500084, India (GSTIN 37AACCY1457G1Z8). Our contact details are at the end of this page and on the Contact page.

2. Acceptance

By installing the app, creating an account, browsing this website or buying a plan, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

3. The service

Medha AI provides digital study material for competitive examinations: multiple-choice question banks, adaptive practice sessions, timed mock tests, previous-year question papers with answer keys and explanations, and progress analytics. Content is organised by exam. Some content is free; the rest is unlocked by buying a plan for that exam or redeeming an access key.

Medha AI is an independent preparation aid. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any examination body, including the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC), the Union Public Service Commission or any other government authority. Exam names are used only to identify the syllabus our content covers. Previous-year papers are reproduced for educational purposes; where an official answer key was not published, our answers are our own best assessment and are marked as such.

4. Accounts

• You sign in with an email address (one-time code) or a Google account. Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Purchases are linked to the email you pay with. Use the same email in the app, or your purchase will not unlock automatically. We will help you fix a mismatch if you contact us with your payment ID.
• One account is for one person. Sharing an account, or using an access key with more people than its stated limit, is a breach of these Terms and may lead to suspension without refund.
• You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by following the steps on Delete your account.

5. Plans, pricing and payment

• Plans are one-time purchases that unlock specified content for a fixed period (for example, 365 days from purchase, or until a stated date). They are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time; a change does not affect a plan you have already bought.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Razorpay's own terms apply to the payment transaction.
• Access is normally granted within a minute of a successful payment. If it is not, contact us with your Razorpay payment ID and the email you paid with.
• If we accept a manual UPI payment, access is granted by hand after we verify the payment, usually within a few hours during working hours.
• Access keys are single-purpose codes. A key may be used only by the number of people stated when it was issued, and only until its expiry. Keys are not transferable once redeemed.

6. Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app and its content for your own exam preparation. You must not:

• copy, scrape, screenshot in bulk, record, or otherwise extract questions, explanations or test papers for redistribution, whether free or paid;
• share your account or paid content with others, or resell plans or access keys;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the app, or interfere with the service, its servers or its security;
• use automated tools to access the service;
• use the service for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules. Where the breach involves copying or redistributing content, no refund is due and we reserve our legal remedies.

7. Intellectual property

The app, website, software, design, question bank, explanations, analytics and all other content are owned by or licensed to Medha AI and protected by Indian and international copyright law. Previous-year question papers are the property of the respective examination bodies and are reproduced for educational purposes. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

8. Content accuracy

We check every question and explanation, but exam material changes, laws are amended and mistakes happen. Content is provided for study and does not constitute professional, legal or official advice. Where a question is flagged in the app as stale, outdated or low-confidence, treat it accordingly. Please use the in-app "Report" button to tell us about errors; we review every report.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app is designed to work offline; synchronisation needs a connection. We may update, add, reorganise or retire content and features. If we withdraw an exam entirely during your paid period, you may request a pro-rata refund of the unused portion.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Using Medha AI does not guarantee any result in any examination. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan concerned in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service (in which case Section 9 applies). Sections 6, 7, 10 and 14 survive termination.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For material changes we will notify you in the app or by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your rights as a consumer to approach the consumer forum of your district. Before starting any proceedings, please write to us; most issues are resolved within a few days.

15. Grievance officer

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, our grievance officer is:
