Mistakes that cost marks

5 traps seen in the real papers
  • Preparing Paper II from work experience alone; it also asks fault trees, dispersion models and reliability formulas.
  • Giving both papers equal time. Paper II is 300 of 450 marks.
  • Guessing freely in Paper II; a wrong answer costs 0.67 marks.
  • Learning only the Factories Act or only the OSH Code 2020; know both.
  • An experience certificate not issued by the Chief Executive, or 2 years incomplete on 13/10/2026.
