Delete your account

Option 1: in the app

1. Open Account. On the Home screen, tap the person icon at the top right.
2. Tap Delete account at the bottom of the Account screen. You will see a list of what will be removed.
3. Confirm. Tap Delete everything. Your account and data are deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Can't sign in? Use Option 2.

Option 2: by email

Send an email with the subject "Delete my account" to support@medhaai.in from the email address registered on your account. If you signed in with Google, that is your Google email. We reply to confirm, then complete the deletion within 30 days. We may ask one question to verify it is really you; we never ask for passwords or codes.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (email, name, picture) and sign-in identity
• Every answer you recorded, test attempts and scores
• Topic ability ratings, predicted score, streaks and daily goals
• Bookmarks, review queue, chosen exams and exam dates
• Free-preview usage counters
• Error reports you filed (the report is kept but unlinked from you)
• Any active plans or redeemed keys. You lose any unused paid access. It is not refundable after deletion. If you want a refund, ask for it before you delete (see the refund policy).

What is kept, and why

• Payment records (payment ID, amount, date, the email used at payment) for 8 years, as required by Indian tax and accounting law. They are no longer linked to a usable account.
• Anonymous statistics such as how many people answered a question correctly. These contain nothing that identifies you.
• Support emails you sent us, for up to 2 years, unless you ask us to delete those too.

Timing

If you delete in the app, we delete your data from the live database at once. If you ask by email, we delete it within 30 days of confirming. Encrypted backups are replaced within a further 30 days. Data on your phone is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage.

Just want to remove data, not the account?

Email us. We can reset your practice history, ability ratings or preview counters. Your account and any paid plans stay as they are.
