7.1.4 MRTP Act Sections 28–31: Planning Committee, submission and sanction of a development plan and final DP
Objections to the draft DP are heard by a Planning Committee (s.28), the modified draft is submitted to the State Government (s.30), and the Government sanctions it, with fresh notice for substantial changes, after which it becomes the binding "final Development plan" (s.31).
