7.1.6 MRTP Act Sections 37–39: modification and revision of a final development plan and variation of TP schemes

A final DP can be changed in two ways: modification of any part or proposal (s.37), or full revision at least once in twenty years (s.38); where the DP conflicts with an older TP scheme, the scheme is varied (s.39).
