4.1.7 Maharashtra RTS Act 2015 Sections 8–20: first and second appeals, penalty and the State Commission for Right to Public Service

If a notified service is refused or delayed, the Maharashtra RTS Act gives a first appeal, a second appeal and a final appeal to the Maharashtra State Commission for Right to Service, with a fine of Rs 500 to Rs 5,000 on the officer at fault.
