2.1.4 URDPFI Guidelines 2014: settlement classification and hierarchy of plans

The URDPFI Guidelines 2014, prepared by TCPO for the Ministry of Urban Development, give a common national framework for classifying settlements by population and for a hierarchy of plans running from a long-term perspective plan down to annual plans and projects.
