19 Annual Statement of Rates · 19.1 Annual Statement of Rates and stamp duty

19.1.5 Bulk land and agricultural land in the ASR: slab-wise deductions and probable NA zones

A large open plot is not worth its full area × ASR rate, so the guidelines value it slab by slab — first 500 sq m at 100%, the next 1,500 sq m at 90%, the next 2,000 sq m at 80%, and so on — while agricultural land is valued at per-hectare rates, with special rules for land in the probable NA zone.
