15.5.3 TDR, FSI and amenity in lieu of compensation for reserved land

Instead of cash, an owner of reserved land can be paid in floor space: under MRTP s.126(1)(b) and UDCPR 11.2, surrendering the land free of cost earns TDR of 2 times (non-congested) or 3 times (congested) its area, building the amenity earns construction-amenity TDR, and under Accommodation Reservation (UDCPR 11.1) the owner may hand over part of the site and develop the rest.
