15.4.5 Maharashtra amendments 2018 and RFCTLARR (Maharashtra) Rules 2014: s.10A exemption, consent award and lump-sum R&R

Maharashtra has adapted the 2013 Act in two ways: the RFCTLARR (Maharashtra) Rules, 2014 (made under s.109) fix the State's procedure, and the Maharashtra Amendment Act, 2018 inserted s.10A (exemption of notified projects from SIA and food-security chapters), s.23A (consent award) and a lump-sum R&R provision (s.31A).
