15.2.3 RFCTLARR Sections 16–20: R&R scheme, declaration (s.19) and marking of land
After the preliminary notification, the Administrator surveys affected families and prepares a draft R&R scheme (s.16), the Collector reviews it with the R&R Committee (s.17), the Commissioner R&R approves it (s.18), and the Government then issues the s.19 declaration with a summary of the scheme — within twelve months of the s.11 notification, after the Requiring Body deposits the cost — followed by marking and measurement (s.20).
