AP's 4.0 policies (2024–29) aim to draw IT firms, global capability centres and up to 1 GW of new data centres. Google's planned US$ 15 billion AI hub in Visakhapatnam is the anchor, and WhatsApp-based "Mana Mitra" is the state's main digital-governance channel.
