5.3.6 Interstate river disputes involving AP: Krishna, Godavari and Vamsadhara tribunals
As the lowest riparian on the Krishna, Godavari and Vamsadhara, AP has been a party to three tribunals under the Inter-State River Water Disputes Act, 1956, and since 2014 also shares the Krishna and Godavari with Telangana through river boards and a pending tribunal reference.
