15.3.5 RFCTLARR Sections 31–50: R&R entitlements (Second and Third Schedules), Scheduled Areas and R&R Committees

Besides compensation, every affected family gets an R&R award (s.31) from the Second Schedule — house, land or developed land, job or Rs 5 lakh or an annuity, and cash allowances — and resettlement areas get the Third Schedule amenities; s.41 adds protections for Scheduled Areas, SCs and STs, and ss.43–50 set up the Administrator, Commissioner, R&R Committee (100 acres or more) and monitoring committees.
