9.1.5 LAP compared: s.33 areas of comprehensive development, Development plan, TP scheme, Structure plan and look-alike plans

The LAP sits between the city-wide Development plan and individual permissions; in Maharashtra its closest older cousin is the s.33 plan for "areas of comprehensive development", while the TP scheme reshapes plots, and the 2025 Structure plan fixes only town-level roads and amenities.
