10.3.7 UDCPR Regs 11.1 and 11.3: accommodation reservation and Reservation Credit Certificates

Accommodation Reservation lets an owner of reserved land keep part of it and use the whole plot's FSI there, in return for handing over land and a built amenity free of cost; a Reservation Credit Certificate instead pays for reserved land with a credit usable against charges due to the Authority.
