10.2.4 UDCPR Chapters 4–5: land-use zones, zone equivalence, agriculture-zone uses and gaothan/RP areas

Chapter 4 lists each land-use zone and what may be built in it, with a table of equivalent zone names across plans, and Chapter 5 adds extra rules for Regional Plan areas, chiefly development in belts around gaothans and towns.
