10.2.3 UDCPR Reg 3.8: inclusive housing for EWS/LIG

In big cities, Reg 3.8 makes every large residential project set aside 20% of its land or basic FSI for small EWS/LIG plots or flats, which are now handed to the Planning Authority for its Affordable Housing stock (2026 directive).
