10.3.2 UDCPR Chapter 7: IT/ITES establishments, EWS/LIG and affordable housing schemes

The UDCPR gives extra FSI, usually against a premium on the ASR land rate, to uses the State wants more of: IT parks and data centres, small EWS/LIG flats, affordable housing on large plots and PMAY projects.
