10.3.3 UDCPR green building incentives: rating systems, pre-certification and computation

Under UDCPR Reg 7.10, a building that commits to a recognised green rating gets 3%, 5% or 7% extra FSI on its basic FSI after pre-certification, and pays a penalty of twice the ASR land cost if it fails to deliver the rating.
