10.3.4 UDCPR Chapter 8: parking requirements

Chapter 8 of the UDCPR sets the size of each parking space, the number of car and two-wheeler spaces each occupancy needs (Table 8-B), and a city-wise multiplying factor (Table 8-C) that scales that number down for smaller towns.
